3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or policy violations.

  • Payment must be made in full before products are shipped. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Canada and to select international destinations.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier or customs are beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Clearance Items

  • All products marked as Clearance are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-Clearance Items

  • Products not marked as Clearance are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Warranty

  • Some products may include a manufacturer or store warranty. Warranty terms will be specified on the product listing.

  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
