Order Processing

Free Shipping
β’ Free Standard shipping within Canada on orders over 100CAD (before tax).
Carriers & Tracking
β’ We primarily ship via Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx.
β’ A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
β’ PO Boxes: Delivered via Canada Post where available.
International Shipping
β’ Selected international destinations available; rates and delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
β’ Duties/Taxes: Recipient is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees.
Delivery Timeframes & Delays
β’ Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or customs processing.
β’ We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
β’ If your order shows delivered but is missing, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
β’ Include your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
β’ Items marked as pre-order or backorder will ship when in stock.
β’ Processing time begins once inventory is received.
Returns
β’ Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
β’ Clearance items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.
