Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT are processed the next business day.
Shipping Services, Rates & Delivery Estimates (Canada)
• Standard: 3–7 business days — rate shown at checkout
• Expedited: 1–3 business days — rate shown at checkout
Free Shipping
• Free Standard shipping within Canada on orders over 100CAD (before tax).
Carriers & Tracking
• We primarily ship via Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx.
• A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
• PO Boxes: Delivered via Canada Post where available.
International Shipping
• Selected international destinations available; rates and delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
• Duties/Taxes: Recipient is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees.
Delivery Timeframes & Delays
• Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or customs processing.
• We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
• If your order shows delivered but is missing, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Include your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
• Items marked as pre-order or backorder will ship when in stock.
• Processing time begins once inventory is received.
Returns
• Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
• Clearance items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.
